Steve is a pioneer in systems monitoring and uptime metrics data collection, tracking and display. Steve has led successful technology engagements for several Fortune 200 companies, including Florida Power & Light, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and American Electric Power. An expert in business intelligence implementation and best practices, Steve also employs industry specific knowledge of key business metrics for the Hospitality, Utilities, Healthcare, Supply Chain, and Insurance industry sectors. Web Service Guard was the brain child of Steve after years of witnessing the financial impact of extended outages due to lack of real time system monitoring. His forward thinking formulated the concept of a superior monitoring service to mitigate the revenue and marketing losses of e-commerce. An avid athlete, Steve was winner of the Penn Football Club Award and a member of two Ivy League championship teams at the University of Pennsylvania. Eric D. Hill, Vice President of Architecture, is a seasoned IT professional with over 15 years of experience. He began his career in telecommunications working for such companies as Cabletron Systems, Ungermann Bass and Newbridge Networks during the earliest days of the web. Eric is an expert in systems management having spent the earlier part of his career in architecture and development of cutting edge enterprise management systems, including real time network monitoring. He served as chief software architect of the network support division of Harris Corporation, guiding the direction of their next generation enterprise management system. He has been involved in the evolution and development of standards for next-generation network management systems. His unrivaled knowledge of network architecture applies to the dynamic e-commerce technology marketplace. This fuels the constant innovation of Web Service Guard’s product offering. Mr. Hill is a successful competitor having retired from professional Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competition. Eric teaches private and semi-private classes in the Greek martial art of Pankration. Eric holds a B.S in computer engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Eric takes pleasure in spending free moments with his wonderful wife and children.

Kathy Walterhouse, Vice President of Business Development, is a senior sales and marketing professional with a comprehensive background of over 18 years in e-commerce, healthcare, senior level executive management, sales and operations. Kathy, known for her success in complex, multi-million dollar negotiations has taught high level negotiations strategy. A versatile public speaker, she has led seminars for national sales forces and spear headed corporate presentations. Kathy has held impressive ranking as a top sales leader in companies such as GE and Home Diagnostics. Kathy has held previously executive posts ranging from vice president, director of corporate accounts to pounding the pavement as an account executive giving her the unique insight into customer needs. Her out of the box thinking and creativity led a relatively unknown struggling company to $72 million in a few short years. Kathy has implemented and led a national sales force as well as managed infrastructure. She has been responsible for all aspects of fulfilling high growth marketing strategies including market research, advertising and collateral material development. Kathy holds a B.S. degree from Iowa State University, and a Masters of Business from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). Kathy is an avid tennis player and enjoys the peacefulness of yoga. She enjoys spending free time with her husband and three beautiful children and their menagerie of a dog, three cats and koi.
